Here’s how to see a free drone show in south Florida this year. This happens every so often and they’re really stepping it up this time! 📍 Pompano Beach, Florida - not far north of Fort Lauderdale, and south of Palm Beach. 📅 The November 9, 2024 drone show extravaganza is 5:30pm-9pm, with the best part of the drone show happening from 7pm to 7:30pm. There’s a pre-show and a main show with 400 drones. 🇺🇸 The theme will be patriotic in honor of Veterans Day. 🎼 Live entertainment is offered before and after the drone show. This includes a DJ. 🚌 FREE shuttles: The drone show is visible for up to 5 miles away under perfect conditions, but the city is offering free ADA-accessible shuttles from 3pm-10:30pm for the event. See the shuttle map for more info. 🚘 Parking at the Pier parking garage is $20, cash only. Street parking will be offered at the $4/hr holiday rate. 🧑‍🦼 Wheelchair accessibility is offered via one of Pompano Beach’s six beach access mats. 🏖️ I think it’s a really cool thing that a city (*/ beach town) in south Florida puts these drone shows on for special occasions.
